- Coordinate with the Bureau of Immigration Student Desk regarding foreign student permits (Special Study Permits, Student Visas, etc.)
- Verify legal documents of foreign students
- Assist foreign enrollees with their visa processing or extension
- Ensure compliance with CHED or DepEd policies on foreign student admissions
- Submit reports on student immigration status to relevant authorities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive immigration data
- Liaise between the school registrar, foreign students, and immigration
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to:
- Public Administration
- Political Science
- Criminology
- Law
- Education or Office Administration
- Must have good moral character
- No derogatory record
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate and capable of digital documentation and email correspondence
