Job Summary:

The Environmental Management Bureau - National Capital Region (EMB-NCR) is seeking a highly reliable and safety-oriented Lady Driver to join its Procurement and Property Management Unit (PPMU). The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting officials, personnel, and materials to authorized locations while ensuring the proper care and maintenance of assigned government vehicles.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of any Vocational Course relevant to the position
• Computer literate
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience as a professional driver
• Preferably with training in automotive servicing or vehicle maintenance
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License with restriction code 2 (preferably with code 3).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive official government vehicles to transport officials, personnel, documents, and supplies to authorized destinations.
• Conduct daily inspection of assigned vehicles following the “BLOWBAGETS” procedure (Battery, Light, Oil, Water, Brake, Air, Gas, Engine, Tire, and Self).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Accomplish and submit the Driver’s Trip Ticket and Daily Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Promptly report any vehicular accident, breakdown, or issues, and secure necessary reports (Police Report, Narrative Report, etc.).
• Ensure strict compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
• Perform other tasks related to driving and logistics as may be assigned.
