Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-commerce and Marketing Associate to manage and optimize our Shopify website, oversee inventory, execute website-specific campaigns, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online sales and providing a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:Website Management:
- Maintain and update the Shopify website, including product pages, navigation, and design elements.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers for technical fixes.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory listings.
- Coordinate with suppliers or the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Campaign Execution:
- Execute website-specific marketing campaigns, such as seasonal promotions, flash sales, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader brand goals.
User Experience (UX):
- Enhance the website's usability and visual appeal to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize layouts, features, and call-to-action buttons.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance using tools like Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Visual Asset Creation:
- Create and edit visual assets for the website, including banners, product images, and promotional materials, using Canva or Photoshop.
- Ensure all website visuals are optimized for performance and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email campaigns, including promotional emails and automated flows (e.g., abandoned cart recovery).
- Monitor email performance and implement strategies to increase open and click-through rates.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- E-commerce or Retail Management
- Graphic Design or Multimedia Arts
- Web Development or Interaction Design
- Communications
Preferred Skills:- Basic proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of UX principles and web optimization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
