We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Specialist with a strong foundation in accounting and system support. This role will support customers in resolving system-related issues, particularly those involving e-commerce transactions and accounting integrations (e.g., Autocount, SQL, Bukku...).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line application support to clients for PayRecon’s e-commerce and accounting integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting entries, transaction syncing, and e-commerce order reconciliation.
- Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and system configuration (e-commerce + accounting systems).
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to escalate and follow through on complex technical issues.
- Document solutions, FAQs, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct basic product training and walkthroughs for new clients.
- Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback for system improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Autocount, SQL, Bukku....) is a strong advantage.
- Experience in application support, technical support, or system consulting is preferred.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, WooCommerce) will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge and IT interest are encouraged to apply.
