Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operational performance of hosts in the LIVE team, and responsible for morning/evening shifts according to shift schedules.
Develop host scheduling, product listing rhythm, and LIVE theme planning based on sales targets.
Monitor LIVE stream room data in real time, coordinate host support, adjust narrative rhythm, and optimize content such as giveaway interactions.
Assist hosts with onboarding training, narrative improvement, product knowledge explanation, and review.
Lead the LIVE team to achieve performance indicators such as GMV, conversion rate, engagement rate, and rebroadcast rate, and output data reports and insights.
Collaborate closely with the product selection, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration between LIVE content and event execution.
Handle unexpected issues during the LIVE, such as negative reviews, disconnections, customer feedback, etc.

At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce live streaming operations or anchor team management
Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live is preferred
Possess team leadership, communication and data analysis skills
Acceptable shift system (including night shift or weekend shift)
