  • Experience Level: 2-3 years in e-commerce operations or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3), order fulfillment, data analysis, inventory management, site & content management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee order processes, analyze data for sales optimization, manage inventory, maintain website content, and enhance customer relations.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential remote work; flexible hours may be required.
