- Inventory and order management: Oversee daily inventory levels and the entire order fulfillment process, from placement to shipping.
- Website and platform management: Create and update product listings, manage content, and ensure the e-commerce platform is running smoothly.
- Logistics and communication: Act as a liaison between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders.
- Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and manage support documentation, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Data analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales data, and customer engagement to identify opportunities for growth.
- Process improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and sales.
- Campaign support: Assist with the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotional activities
