Commerce Marketing Operations Specialist (BPO)


Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Commerce Marketing Operations Specialist for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day campaign operations during a critical migration period. It manages banner, marketing card, navigation, and interstitial updates across the site properties in support of Commerce campaigns and select subscription programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute onsite marketing updates including banners, navigation, marketing cards, and interstitials across IPSY site properties
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaign-related content updates
  • Manage campaign execution, manual updates, QA, troubleshooting, and monitoring for site marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing calendars and manage operational tickets using Jira, Monday.com, or Google Suite
  • Set up, QA, schedule, and deploy email, app push, and SMS campaigns through Iterable and other lifecycle marketing channels
  • Build and manage audience segmentation to support targeted campaign execution and eCommerce sales initiatives
  • Provide operational support during platform migrations, including post-launch monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance reporting


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you must have...

  • 2–4 years of marketing operations or CRM experience in eCommerce or subscription businesses, using ESP platforms (Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experienced in executing and QA’ing email, SMS, and app push campaigns, including segmentation and audience targeting
  • Familiar with CMS tools, site content updates, and project management platforms like Jira, Monday.com, and Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to accurate, on-time campaign execution in fast-paced environments
