Job Overview:

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to drive sales growth and manage campaigns on major e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will oversee campaign enrollment, optimize product listings, and analyze performance to ensure we meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Manage the enrollment and execution of promotional campaigns (flash sales, discount events) across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share, optimize product listings for better visibility, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives, ensuring smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand objectives.
• Product & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in product assortment decisions, and ensure timely restocking for campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide reports on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and overall sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure consistent execution and customer experience across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce account management or digital marketing, preferably on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce tools, campaign mechanics, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns.
• Amenable to work in New Manila, Gilmore, Quezon City.
