We are looking for a passionate Entry Level E-commerce Operations Assistant under Operations Division.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Operational Excellence – Assists the operations manager to ensure day to day supply chain operations functions, such as logistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing, run smoothly without issues.
• Ecommerce Process Improvements – Identifies and understands key operations processes. Propose, develops and lead teams in identifying ways to enhance processes, improving overall operations and customer experience.
• Manage 3rd party relationships – builds and maintains good working relationships with our local suppliers which include contacts from 3rd party services like warehousing, trucking, product bundling, product sourcing, fulfillment, among others.
• Inventory management and sales processing – Coordinates with third parties such as 3rd party ecommerce enablers, logistics providers, internal sales team, to move inventory and process purchase orders.
• Collaborative - Works effectively with demand planners and e-commerce fulfillment partners to align process changes, new SKUs, strategic initiatives.
• Good Understanding of Ecommerce Performance Metrics - navigates the key platform performance indicators to assess and evaluate ways to improve the existing measures.
• Provides regular updates to operational stakeholders – Provides timely updates to operational stake holders (brand, e-commerce team, demand planners) on status of shipments.
• Excel Proficiency and Organization - Monitors, updates, and improves the various monitoring files and booking documents necessary for day-to-day shipments. Ensures that all documents are easily traceable when needed.
• SAP Proficiency – Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions via SAP as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in business and inventory supply chain operations
• Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills
• Detail oriented and a team player
• Highly organized and process oriented
• Proficient in Excel (required)
