- Oversee daily site operations and manage construction teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor progress and report on project milestones.
- Resolve any issues that arise on-site efficiently.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer
- License and Certification: Registered Electrical Engineer and with COSH Certificate
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant project supervision experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD, Project Management software, and Planswift.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project execution, manage timelines, and coordinate with teams.
- Working Conditions: Willing to assign in Pasay and Quezon City. On-site presence required, with occasional office work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
