A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and design elements to optimize email performance.

Collaboration: Work with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive email designs and messaging.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
Experience with A/B testing, email analytics, and optimizing email campaigns for better performance.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting (optional but preferred).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to email marketing (optional but preferred).
