簡介
- Develop and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
- Handle employee complaints and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Foster open communication between management and employees to build and maintain a positive and productive work culture
- Conduct investigations of alleged employee misconduct and recommend appropriate actions
- Manage grievance procedures and facilitate resolution between employees and management
職位要求
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
- With at least 3-6 months relevant experience is preferred but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- With knowledge in labor law is a plus
- Effective communication skill
- Organizational skills and team working skills
- Can be assigned in Ermita, Manila
