  • Assist in managing employee relations issues within the retail environment.
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support training initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of BPO experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
