- Able to use AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Pleasing personality and appearance
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Fast learner and detail-oriented
- Knows how to use measuring tape and technical construction terms
- Can work efficiently with minor supervision
- Living within or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better
REQUIREMENTS:
Age limit is 45yo
Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not, as long as GRADUATED and W/ EXP.)
w/ AT LEAST 3-4years experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Office & Production based work)
Good mathematical and analytical skills
