Responsibilities Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science
• Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
• Possess good communication skills and time management skills
• Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
• Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant prior working experience may be considered for a senior position
