Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations involving equipment, operators, crews, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Equipment Availability: Ensure that all equipment is available and in optimal condition to meet the operational needs of schedules and project sites.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, warehouse, maintenance) and project sites to promptly address equipment needs and resolve any operational disruptions to prevent delays.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the safe and efficient use of ground equipment by operators, ensuring tasks are completed smoothly and on time. Address and resolve any challenges related to equipment availability, daily operations, and repair concerns.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, providing coaching and corrective feedback to ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.
Training and Development: Lead, manage, and train a team of ground equipment operators, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in the same capacity, preferably in a construction setting
Strong leadership and management skill
Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
