簡介

  • Handle Event preparation, planning and execution
  • Source suppliers, onsite or local coordinators and other staff needed at the event
  • Coordinate logistics, event set up, equipment, marketing collateral, talent, accommodations, transfers and etc.
  • Secure event permit and settle fees
  • Secure venue contract, supplier contract, talent contract and etc.
  • Write proposal for ex-deals and partnership with other brands or media that can extend additional mileage for Megabet.
  • Build a preferred event suppliers database in the future
  • Audit of event materials and equipment after event
  • Close a sponsorship of partnership minimum of 2 brands per location.
  • Implement media mileage of brand partner on time (onsite and online).
