- Perform full spectrum of secretarial and administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, documentation, and filing.
- Provide executive-level assistance such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Utilize AI technologies and productivity tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event organization when required.
- Assist in monitoring and following up on business priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure office operations are well-organized and support smooth workflow across departments.
- Handle multi-tasking responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and composure under pressure.
- Serve as liaison for both internal and external communications in a professional manner.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in secretarial and executive support functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- High IQ and EQ – able to think critically, solve problems, and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in AI technologies, digital tools, and modern productivity platforms (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, task/project management tools).
- Must be flexible, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and adapt.
- Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to render overtime or extended working hours when necessary.
- Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
