  • Provide high-level administrative support to owners and management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and office needs
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
  • Accompany the owner during work-related travel or business activities inside and outside Metro Manila


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in creating engaging presentations.
