簡介

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial performance.
  • Ensure exceptional service and address customer feedback.
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Review and analyze sales, operational, and financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

職位要求

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar field is desired.
  • Prior managerial experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams.
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Capable of maneuvering and excelling in a rapidly changing setting.
