- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO, including accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other departments, and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and company events, including logistics and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents needed for board meetings and executive discussions.
- Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Perform special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as delegated by executives.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks.
