What you will do:

The primary objectives of an Executive Officer to the Chairman at LET X Integrated Resort include providing high-level administrative support such as managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. They act as the main point of contact, handling correspondence and facilitating communication between the Chairman and stakeholders. Additionally, they organize and prepare for meetings, manage special projects, and maintain important documents. The role involves planning events, handling confidential information with discretion, and acting as a liaison between the Chairman and other executives, departments, and external partners. The Executive Officer is also responsible for anticipating and addressing issues, providing strategic support through research and data analysis, and seeking opportunities for professional development to contribute to the organization’s success.


Administrative Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, phone calls, and facilitating communication between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Project Management

  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Information Management

  • Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

Event Planning

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other activities, ensuring all details are managed and executed seamlessly.

Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Liaison Role

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and other executives, departments, and external partners, fostering positive relationships.

Problem-Solving

  • Anticipate and address issues that may arise, providing solutions and ensuring smooth operations.

Strategic Support

  • Provide support on strategic matters, including research, data analysis, and preparing reports to assist the Chairman in decision-making.


What we need:


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking or can be Chinese Nationality but fluent in English.
  • Experience in the hospitality or integrated resort industry is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence and reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge in the areas of budgeting, strategic planning, profitability, productivity, and concept development.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, etc.
