Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design, preferably within the Australian market. The role requires a creative mind, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of architectural principles to contribute to the development of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable building facades.

Job Description:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of building facades, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate on selecting durable and sustainable materials for facades in line with project goals.
• Produce detailed facade drawings and specifications for construction, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Stay updated on local building codes to ensure designs comply with Australian standards.
• Work with architects and engineers to integrate facade designs seamlessly into overall building plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in facade design, preferably within the Australian market.
• Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
