JOB SUMMARY

Acts as the Facilities Engineer of the building and branches. Monitors the regular PM activities, construction and renovation of Head Office and H.O extension sites and addresses all technical concerns through outsourced maintenance personnel or accredited contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acts as Building Facilities Engineer
• Bank’s Registered Electrical Engineer
• Helps the Facilities Management Department Head in maintaining the BankCom occupied floors and extension offices including but not limited to parking, electrical and machine rooms and a like
• Reviews and checks bid tabulations prepared by Planning and Bidding Team
• Guides TPSP in technical approach in building maintenance
• Helps the FMD in project brainstorming and evaluation
• Resource person with regards to electrical concerns
• Perform other related tasks within the premise of the section's role, function and jurisdiction

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Must be a graduate of BSEE or Registered Electrical Engineer
• Must have at least 4 years experience in building maintenance work
• Knowledgeable in basic operation and maintenance of various building equipment ie. aircondition units, generating sets, UPS, servers, security alarm systems, CCTV, electrical panelboards, MTS, etc.
