Licensed Electrical Engineer
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and must be licensed engineer
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or building operations. With knowledge in electrical and mechanical works
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, engineering principles, and ability to read blueprints.
