- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
- Assist in product design and integration projects.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage.
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive product adoption.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in functional and integration testing, manual testing, troubleshooting, and hardware engineering.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in an office or lab environment, with potential fieldwork in telecommunications.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
