- Repairs device and/or parts
- Installs and/or replace parts
- Loads and/or upgrade software
- Troubleshoots onsite and provides root cause analysis to customer/s
- Does preventive maintenance
- Trains/guides bank staff and officers for First Line Maintenance
- Maintains/follows the Service Level Agreement as defined in the Customer’s Contract
- Handles customer complaints professionally
- Coordinates with immediate supervisor for any concerns/issues that may arise during corrective/preventive maintenance activities
