A Marketing Associate is focused on partnerships, events, and will identify and build relationships with external partners, such as influencers and brands, to create marketing opportunities.
This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional events, managing on-site logistics and post-event analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and strong partner engagement.

Partnership Development: Identify potential brand, influencer, and organization partners that align with company goals.
Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning and hands-on execution of marketing events, webinars, and promotional campaigns, including managing logistics, budgets, and timelines.
On-Site Event Management: Coordinate event setup, manage on-site logistics, and ensure the smooth and successful delivery of events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand message.
Promotional Materials: Help create and manage marketing and promotional materials and digital content for events and partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and events, analyzing data to identify insights and optimize future activities.
Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in digital and social media marketing to support campaign execution and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop campaign ideas and event concepts.
