Qualifications
College graduate preferably BS Accounting, or other related course
With 3 years of experience in Logistics operations (FMCG companies)
Computer Literate preferably has Advance Excel, Inventory Management and SAP Training.
Must be keen to details, systematic, orderly, patient, and hard working.
Must have good interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communications skill.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare accruals to ensure all financial obligations are accounted for.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate reporting.
Prepare financial reports and analysis.
Conduct financial analysis related to transport operations, including cost analysis, budget tracking, and profitability assessments.
Prepare financial forecast to support business planning.
Process purchase requests for supplies and services, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and operational needs.
Collaborate with the procurement team for cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of goods.
Provide regular updates on the financial status of the business, highlighting any areas of concern.
Support finance team with general administrative task including data entry, filling, and documentation.
