Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably BS Accounting, or other related course

  • With 3 years of experience in Logistics operations (FMCG companies)

  • Computer Literate preferably has Advance Excel, Inventory Management and SAP Training.

  • Must be keen to details, systematic, orderly, patient, and hard working.

  • Must have good interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communications skill.

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accruals to ensure all financial obligations are accounted for.

  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate reporting.

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis.

  • Conduct financial analysis related to transport operations, including cost analysis, budget tracking, and profitability assessments.

  • Prepare financial forecast to support business planning.

  • Process purchase requests for supplies and services, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with the procurement team for cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of goods.

  • Provide regular updates on the financial status of the business, highlighting any areas of concern.

  • Support finance team with general administrative task including data entry, filling, and documentation.
