• Receiving, verification and analysis of internal and external reports for reconciliation.
• Perform reconciliation and roll-forward analysis of partner accounts/wallets.
• Monitor and track discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving reconciliation discrepancies. Facilitate communication with business managers and partner in resolving any matters with regards to reconciliation.
• Prepares month end reports and schedules.
• Ensure that all product reconciliation activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Continuously assess and enhance the reconciliation process to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Additional adhoc tasks as may be needed by the business.
