The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The Senior Finance Manager collaborates with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering professional development and accountability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and provide financial insights
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
