• Must be at least 21 years old and a college graduate (any course)
• Must be a Philippine resident and legally eligible to work in the country
• Willing to attend mandatory training and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensure exam
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Sales experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
