About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support the financial and commercial operations of a growing international business.

This role goes beyond traditional accounting—you’ll play a key part in analyzing performance, building financial models, and helping leaders make better business decisions.

What You’ll Do

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Analyze revenue, costs, and margins
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations

Financial Analysis & Modelling

• Build financial models and pricing tools
• Perform scenario analysis to support decision-making
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Operational & Performance Analysis

• Review staff utilisation and service performance
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
• Support planning for resources and capacity

Reporting Improvements

• Help design and improve reporting processes
• Ensure reports are accurate, clear, and actionable

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years experience in Management Accounting, Finance, or Financial Analysis
• Background in Managed Services, Consulting, or project-based environments (required)
• Strong skills in Excel and financial modelling
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter who can work independently
