Job Title: Product Management Officer (Insurance Products)


Work Arrangement: On-site

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM (subject for extensions depending on the urgency of requests and/or deadlines)

Location: Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Php 50,000 – Php 60,000


About the Role:

The Product Management Officer is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and enhancement of general insurance products. The role supports the Product Manager in creating product propositions for digital channels and partnerships, while ensuring compliance, relevance, and performance of all products under management.


Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the development and implementation of new general insurance products and required enhancements of existing ones.

Assist the Product Manager in creating product propositions for digital platforms, partnerships, and various distribution channels.

Identify market trends and opportunities; conduct market scans to drive business growth.

Prepare product performance and monitoring reports on a regular basis.

● Ensure overall product compliance with internal and external policies and regulatory standards.

● Maintain the relevance and competitiveness of insurance products based on market trends and customer feedback.

Coordinate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing regarding updates or changes to the products.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Integrated Marketing Communications.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance product development within a life or non-life insurance firm.

Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements on general insurance products, ideally with experience in product submissions and filings with the Insurance Commission.

● Keen interest in InsurTech and digital insurance innovations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
