Documentation and Compliance: Preparing and processing shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring shipments in real-time using tracking systems and providing updates to stakeholders.
Problem Resolution: Addressing issues such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or customs disputes to minimize disruptions.
Cost Optimization: Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.
Customer Service: Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints related to deliveries.
