職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, which may require long hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
