Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing wines based on taste preferences, food pairings, or budget.
• Serve wine properly, including correct pouring techniques and use of glassware.
• Conduct tastings and explain flavor profiles, origins, and recommended pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, tasting area, and serving equipment.
• Handle transactions including cash register operations, receipts, and inventory checks.
• Follow safety and legal standards for alcohol service, including checking IDs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
