Job Title: Dine-In Staff (Waiter/Server/Cashier)

Reports To: Branch Manager and Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Dine-In Staff is responsible for taking and delivering customer orders while ensuring a high-quality service experience. As the face of the restaurant, they play a crucial role in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s goal of attracting and retaining guests.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide a positive customer experience through fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Greet and attend to customers upon their arrival
• Prepare and maintain clean and orderly tables, with special attention to sanitation
• Ensure that customer requests and orders are complete and accurate
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Thai Mango products
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Communicate dine-in service needs to supervisors effectively
• Sort, organize, and store utensils, cookware, and other supplies for easy access
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the dining area
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Must be certified in all dine-in stations (dispatch, drinks, roti)

Requirements / Documents to Prepare:

• SSS E1 / E4 / E6
• Pag-IBIG MDF or ID
• PhilHealth MDR or ID
• TIN ID / BIR Form 1902 / 1904 / 1905
• 2x2 ID picture (4 pcs) & 1x1 ID picture (2 pcs)
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Physical Exam (Stool, X-ray, Urinalysis, Drug Test)
• Health Certificate/Card
