• At least 5 years' experience in managing joinery and granite/marble fabrication projects.

• Proven experience leading a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong technical knowledge of joinery materials, granite fabrication, and installation processes.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and architectural plans.

• Familiar with construction safety standards and quality management systems.

• Experience with CAD software or project management tools.
