Supervise day-to-day freight forwarding operations, including import, export, and domestic shipments.
Coordinate with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and manage operational workflows, resolving issues and delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company standards.
Prepare and review operational reports, shipment documents, and performance metrics.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high productivity and service quality.
Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage and control operational costs in line with company budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Flexible hours available
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
