- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle scheduling and appointment management.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- College Graduate
- Associate or bachelor's degree in communications or business.
- 6-12months as Receptionist Computer Literate
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint,
- Knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
