Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon inventory management, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and inventory tracking tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting and demand planning concepts.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon FBA and FBM channels.
- Forecast demand and create replenishment plans based on historical sales, seasonality, and market trends.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and fulfillment centers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Track and resolve inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory, and suppressed listings.
- Utilize Amazon tools such as Inventory Performance Index (IPI), Restock Reports, and Manage Inventory Health.
- Manage inventory shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers (FBA), including creating shipping plans and labels.
- Implement strategies to reduce aged inventory, minimize storage fees, and improve sell-through rates.
- Analyze sales velocity and inventory turn to adjust inventory strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems and Amazon dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional planning and product launches.
