We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the development of our flagship product, Asuzero for Asuene.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Fullstack Engineer, you will occupy the vanguard of designing and developing innovative platforms that address the intricate challenges encountered by our customers in their earnest efforts to combat global warming. Your key responsibilities shall encompass:

• Architecture Design: Collaborating synergistically with product managers and domain experts in carbon accounting and allied fields to conceptualize and devise robust and scalable architectural frameworks for the Asuzero product.
• Fullstack Development: Assuming responsibility for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and optimum user experiences.
• Collaboration: Working in close concert with cross-functional teams, including fellow engineers and business stakeholders, to elucidate requirements, define comprehensive project scopes, and deliver superlative software solutions.
• Industry Insight: Enhancing your perspicacity of industry structures and business prerequisites to contribute invaluable insights to the ongoing product development process.
• System Integration: Skillfully integrating the Asuzero platform with various systems and applications to enhance its efficiency and functionality.

Basic Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should exhibit the following qualifications:

• Senior Level: A minimum of 6 years of extensive web application experience, showcasing a robust track record of conceiving, building, and maintaining sophisticated web-based products. Proven expertise in system integration, Node.js, and React proficiency is required for this level.
• Mid-Level: A minimum of 4 years of related experience in web application development, with a strong foundation in system integration. Node.js and React proficiency are required for this level.
• Extensive Web Application Experience: Demonstrating considerable experience as a web application engineer, showcasing a robust track record of conceiving, building, and maintaining sophisticated web-based products.
• Architectural Proficiency: Demonstrating an astute ability to discern the crux of complex industries and customer imperatives and translate them adeptly into apt architectural designs.
• Exemplary Communication and Leadership: Possessing exceptional communication skills and sterling leadership attributes to effectually collaborate with a diverse array of team members, including engineers and business stakeholders.
• Business-level English: Exhibiting fluency in English to facilitate seamless communication within our international team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Infrastructure Experience: Possessing a keen familiarity with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP, which will enhance our product's performance and scalability.

B2B Development Interest: Evincing an ardent interest in leveraging your development acumen to drive impactful business-to-business (B2B) product development initiatives.

• Experience within Fast-paced Product Companies: Demonstrating prior experience in fast-paced product companies, indicative of your ability to deftly manage time-sensitive projects.
