  • Responsible for maintaining financial records and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
  • Provide support for tax preparation and reporting.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduate preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Audit, Financial Management, Billing, and Financial Analysis. Familiarity with Accounting Software is essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, support audits, and assist in budget preparation while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Monday to Friday; 9:00AM TO 6PM
