The General Accountant is responsible in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports of the Landev Corporation, including supporting schedules. The role administers purchase requisition approval in Oracle.
Timely preparation and completeness of subsidiary ledgers;
Prepare and submit monthly result of account reconciliation (i.e. SL vs. GL);
Ensure complete and accurate recording of treasury-related transactions such as loans, interests, and money market placements;
Ensure completeness and accuracy of entries related to receipts and payments
Prepare and record monthly accounting adjustments (i.e., journal vouchers)
Review results of monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly /quarterly /annual financial report package of the Parent Company
Budget & Cost Management:
Validate purchase requests against budget and initiates approval in Oracle system
Coordinate unbudgeted requests
Evaluate budgetary requirements of each department
Assist in the preparation of Company's annual and mid-year budget reports
Regulatory Compliance:
Prepare requirements to facilitate application for business permits and renewal of certificate of registration

Graduate of BS Accountancy
CPA Board Passer
With 3-5 years’ experience in the same role
With established foundation and experience in the overall general accounting functions, including taxation, financial reporting and administration/ management of accounting system
Experience in property management of similar industry is a plus
Has strong analytical, good communication skills and has the ability to manage various tasks and deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
