職位描述
- Financial Record Management:
- Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Accounts Payable Management:
- Process invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage expense reimbursements.
- Record card transactions and assist in updating and enforcing expense reimbursement policy.
- Develop AP analytics data to report on monthly spend trends, such as historically late or missing invoices.
- Month-End and Year-End Close:
- Complete close activities including AP accruals, cash journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other journal entries.
- Maintain trackers for cash and expenses to support reporting and monitor AP balances.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide insights.
- Conduct month-over-month variance analysis and explain significant changes.
- Audit and Compliance Support:
- Assist in audit preparation by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Team Communication and Support:
- Monitor the finance inbox and triage emails to appropriate accounting team members or departments.
- Handle other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
