- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in QuickBooks, billing, accounts receivable and payable, bookkeeping, statement preparation, account reconciliation, and accounting software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential for remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
