  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and close procedures.
  • Analyze and record journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in audits and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy.
  • Utilize accounting software for data management.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SAP, AP, AR, financial planning, and forecasting; familiarity with accounting software and treasury concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during month-end close.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and able to work independently.
