Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of soybeans.

• Operate tofu-making equipment such as grinders, cookers, presses, and cutters.

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards.

• Report any abnormalities or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Pack finished tofu products following food safety guidelines.

• Ensure proper sealing, labeling, and storage of products.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment before and after use.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.

• Assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance of production machines.

• Coordinate with production team members to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High Graduate.

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse work.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety is a plus.

• Hardworking and reliable.

• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
